I will never say 'you don't need to know', or 'you wouldn't understand', or 'it's complicated' or 'it's boring', nor will I try to baffle you with jargon. I will help you find references and resources to learn as much as you want to know. As much as possible, I sell results, not just effort. With few exceptions, I give fixed price quotes, not estimates. I will not charge you for time spent learning on the job, or fixing my own mistakes. I never want to stop learning.
